The Faithwalking 101 Retreat is a prerequisite to contracting for the other services. 
Each Faithwalking 101 Retreat is limited to the first 25 applicants. 

What is the Faithwalking 101 Retreat?

The Faithwalking 101 Retreat is a learning community for leaders in the private sector.  A four day intensive learning experience, the Faithwalking 101 Retreat is designed to build an authentic community of private sector leaders who know that we are called to be personally transformed and to be transforming leaders in our families, neighborhoods and workplaces. We are targeting those who have some sense of urgency about the condition of our culture and who want to be used by God to change things. 

Most of us don't experience transformation for a combination of three reasons.

• Despite years in church, many people have never developed an authentic, transparent "in your face" relationship with God.
• Despite a genuine desire for transformation, many people have been unable to find a real community where they can be transparent about the challenges that they face. Or if they have, it has simply become a support group that was incapable of fostering transformation.
• Despite multiplied efforts to find real purpose in life, many people have not been able to find leadership with tested experience in the transformational journey. 

The Faithwalking 101 Retreat will provide all three.

Where? 
Retreats are held in Colorado or Houston; in Colorado at Sonrise Ranch in Montrose, Colorado. (http://www.sonrisemountainranch.org/) Participants fly together from Houston to Colorado on Friday and return in the afternoon the following Monday.

In Houston retreats are held in the city, during three sessions in one weekend:

Friday from 8 am to 6 pm
Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm
Sunday from 10 am to 6 pm

Cost?
Colorado: $475 (covers tuition, meals, lodging and transportation from the Montrose/Telluride airport to the Sonrise Mountain Ranch). Plus the cost of airfare to Montrose/Telluride, Colorado.

Houston: $350 (covers tuition, and meals - 3 lunches & 2 dinners).

When? 
Currently Faithwalking 101 Retreats are schedule for:

June 13-16, 2008 - Houston
September 12-15, 2008 - Colorado
October 10-13, 2008 - Houston

Who?
Any person who is interested in participating in the transformational journey with a group of peers is invited to attend.  We are especially focused on equipping leaders from the private sector and pastors from missional congregations that are engaged in transformation.
