Upon completion of the Faithwalking 201 Seminars, participants will go back to homes, neighborhoods, and workplaces to initiate the transformational journey and will find various forms of resistance.  This is the point at which The Faithwalking 101 Retreat runs the risk of just being another retreat experience.  There is a critical transition point from the Retreat learning experience to real impact in daily life.  This crisis is most likely to be overcome when a participant does two things.  First, he establishes an ongoing transformation group – one that is jointly built around developing authentic community in his neighborhood or in his workplace.  Second, the group engages a coach.  The coach listens, observes, and gives feedback that is designed to help the client clarify and achieve their missional purpose.  The coach helps the group build awareness and take responsibility for personal and corporate transformation.
