FAITHWALKING 301 SERIES In week 20 in the Faithwalking 201 small group experience, participants are asked to make a Faith Declaration. For those who choose to do this, they declare the place that they will serve as a catalyst for mobilizing the Body of Christ for action. Or, they declare that they will join an existing missional community. It is a Faith Declaration because at this point in the journey, participants are making a promise to do something that they don’t currently have the capacity to do – serve as a catalyst for mobilizing the Body of Christ. Faithwalking is a step-by-step process. As a participant makes his/her Declaration and gets into action, God provides what is needed, when it is needed, to complete the assignment. It is a Faithwalk. This training provides further equipping for all participants who make a Faith Declaration. Participants are given tools that help them take the first steps as they launch out to begin serving as a catalyst for mobilizing the Body of Christ in the place they are being called. As a part of the 301 Series, each person is assigned a Community Transformation Coach. Akin to the coach from 201, the Community Transformation Coach is a person who is already participating in a missional community. The coach serves as a source of encouragement and accountability for you as you launch into the assignment God has given you. Dates for Faithwalking 301 are January 27-28 and August 10-11, 2012. Training will be held on Friday from 1pm to 8pm, and on Saturday from 9am to 1pm.
