Who does Faithwalking serve?

Our primary target audience is private sector leaders (business, education, government, etc.) seeking to live missionally in the workplace. You do not have to be the owner or CEO of a company or the Principal of the School. Leadership is not defined here as positional authority. It is defined as those who are willing to exert influence for the sake of the Kingdom in a specific work place.

Our secondary target audience is pastoral leaders who are seeking to lead transformation in the congregations or ministries. We view congregational transformation as a deep shift from the attractional model to the missional model of congregational life. For a pastor to participate in Faithwalking, he/she must enlist at least two private sector leaders to also attend the Faithwalking Retreat.
