What is Coaching?
An ongoing partnership that helps a group of believers produce fulfilling results in their own personal and professional life. The coach listens, observes, and gives feedback that is designed to help the client clarify and achieve their missional purpose. The coach helps the group build awareness and take responsibility for personal and corporate transformation.
Through Faithwalking coaching is only available in groups. The personal and corporate transformation that is needed to live missionally in a post-Christian society is dramatically accelerated when the coaching occurs in a group setting.
Faithwalking offers two kinds of coaching experiences. One coaching experience is for small groups (cell groups, bible study groups, support groups, affinity groups) who are relationally connected and share life through church, work, recreational life, etc. A second coaching experience is for small groups of leaders in a ministry, business or school where the focus is on living missionally in a specific work environment.
